The Undergraduate University 1st and 2nd year – Level 4 and 5 Extended Diploma in Leadership and Teamwork is designed to fast-track students to the final year of an associated undergraduate degree in Leadership and Management. This final year can be completed at a UK university on campus or via distance learning.
The Level 4 and 5 Leadership and Teamwork course is equivalent to the first two years of an undergraduate course, enabling learners to progress to the final year of an undergraduate degree program at a university.
Each module consists of approximately 40 guided learning hours of material, with an additional 30-50 hours of optional learning material. These materials include recommended exercises, recommended readings, and Internet resources.
Successful completion of the full Level 4/5 Extended Diploma in Leadership & Teamwork and the final year of an accredited undergraduate degree program will provide students with the credentials to apply for jobs in management, human resources, management, or business consultancy.
