The Level 4 Diploma in Entrepreneurship and the Level 5 Extended Diploma in Management comprise a 240-credit course designed to equip business managers and future CEOs with the skills necessary to succeed in business, with a specific focus on innovation and entrepreneurship within medium to large enterprises.
The Management and Entrepreneurship course at Level 4 and 5 is equivalent to the first two years of an undergraduate course, enabling learners to advance to the final year of an undergraduate degree programme at a university.
This course consists of 10 Level 4 modules and 10 Level 5 modules. Each module will be assessed through one multiple-choice test and written assignments (10 assignments at Level 4 and 8 assignments at Level 5). Our team of expert academics has designed a series of exclusive, comprehensive online study lessons to assist you in preparing for these assessments. This material covers everything you need to know and can be accessed anytime and anywhere.
Each module of the course consists of approximately 40 guided learning hours of material, with an additional 30-50 hours of optional learning material available. These materials comprise interactive exercises, further readings, and internet resources to enhance your learning experience.
Upon successful completion of the Undergraduate Level 4 (Diploma in Entrepreneurship) and Level 5 (Extended Diploma in Management), as well as the final year of an accredited Undergraduate Degree program, students will have acquired the necessary credentials to pursue careers in management, human resources (HR), strategic business management, or even to establish their own business ventures.

Entry Requirements
For entry onto the Level 4 and Level 5 Entrepreneurship and Management qualification, learners must possess:
- Relevant NQF/QCF/RQF Level 3 Award/Diploma or at the level of GCE/GCSE/ Plus 2 or equivalent qualification
- Mature learners (over 24-55) with management experience (learners must contact us to discuss past commercial experience prior to registering for the programme)
- Learner must be 18 years or older at the beginning of the course
English requirements: Learner must provide evidence of English language competency.

This module aims to identify mechanisms for setting organizational goals and achieving them as part of the business planning process.
This module provides a selection of the most useful tools used in management and explores some of the uses of each. It aims to provide sufficient information to understand the principles behind each tool and enable them to be used with confidence. The module aims to help learners analyse situations within the organisation; develop solutions to organisational problems; evaluate an organisation’s position in its operating and competitive environment; and develop elements of an effective organisational strategy.
This module aims to provide an outline of the use and management of finance within an organisation. This includes an introduction to accounting and financial terminology. Learners are also introduced to the basics of financial reporting.
This module aims to develop knowledge of marketing as a key management tool. This includes understanding the marketing planning process and the role of both internal and external marketing. Using this knowledge, learners will be able to understand the value of marketing activities to an organization.
This module aims to introduce the fundamental principles of the science of psychology, relating them to the entrepreneurial perspective of business management.
