The Level 3 University Foundation Programme is a 120-credit qualification, equivalent to one A level or Plus 2, designed to teach students key concepts and a range of management procedures necessary for employment within a business. The course is tailored to provide students with the knowledge needed to function effectively, both individually and within teams, in a business environment. Developing strong business management skills is essential for the success of any company.
The Level 3 Diploma in Business Management comprises 6 modules and 6 written assignments, with each module containing approximately 40 guided learning hours. Throughout the Diploma program, students will have access to a range of study resources, including tutor support, webinars, a social learning forum, and supplementary materials to aid in completing their graduate business course.
The Level 3 Diploma in Business Studies serves as an alternative qualification for students who prefer not to invest their time and efforts in the traditional two-year A-Levels or Plus 2, or for those who did not perform as well as expected in their Plus 2 or A-Levels.
We also welcome students who may not have performed as well as expected in their 10th/GCSE/IGCSE examinations and consequently have limited chances of gaining admission to Plus 2 or A-Levels or equivalent programs.
The Level 3 University Foundation Programme aims to provide learners with a foundation that serves as an entry route to UK and international university courses.

Entry Requirements
This course is best suited for individuals who are at least 16 years old, possess a high school education (equivalent to 10th grade), and aspire to pursue a degree at university or enroll in the Undergraduate Level 4 and 5 program at Phoenix Graduate School London.

The University Foundation Programme Level 3 represents practical knowledge, skills, capabilities, and competences that are assessed academically as equivalent to GCE AS or A Levels or Plus 2 qualifications.
Progression
Successful completion of the Business Management University Foundation Programme, a 120-credit Level 3 qualification, enables learners to gain direct entry into Year 1 of a three-year UK Bachelor’s degree or pursue Level 4 Diplomas. We deliver Ofqual-recognized qualifications that are accepted globally. Given that this qualification is approved and regulated by Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation), many universities acknowledge the abilities of learners who have studied Level 3 Business Management and consider them for direct entry into a variety of bachelor’s degree programmes. Alternatively, students can choose to study our Level 4 and 5 program at Phoenix Graduate School and then complete an Undergraduate Top-Up at various UK universities.
